My name is Sabrina
I wholeheartedly feel that our souls have their own truth that was meant to be fully expressed in this lifetime, but because of the painful experiences we encounter, we become a disconnected version of ourselves. Drifting so far away from who we truly are and what we were meant to experience in this lifetime.
It is my heart's deepest desire to help facilitate your healing so that you can uncover and express your Soul’s Truth. I integrate my experience from my own healing, my nursing background, and my certifications and trainings to help you in your journey.

I offer a variety of intuitive healing therapies to support your being into a state of balance and wholeness.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a somatic body based therapy based on intuitively listening, sensing and feeling the body and using light and conscious touch to release energy, restrictions and holdings within the body. Craniosacral Therapy is anatomically precise, meaning we work with the bones, tissues, muscles, organs etc. of the body, but also holistically recognize the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of the self to bring the body into a place of balance and stillness.
Somatoemotional Release
Somatoemotional Release (SER) is a branch of craniosacral therapy that is a whole-body approach to working with heavy emotions, trauma, and mental well-being. This somatic therapy allows us to connect to deeper parts of ourselves beyond the workings of the mind, allowing us to integrate and process emotions and memories stored within the body and soul. SER is very gentle and works with the body’s inner knowing, subconscious, and inner child to release emotional energy held within us.
Spiritual Energy Healing
Spiritual Energy Healing is a holistic process whereby healing energy is directed through an attuned healer to the client. Spiritual healing is a process of channeling that connects universal life force energy to the recipient to help in balancing and restoring the mind, body, and spirit of the person. There is no expectation to be religious or to be of a certain religion to partake in this form of healing. It is lovingly for anyone who wishes to receive and can be a beautiful compliment to all other forms of therapy.
Sabrina was warm, calming, and intuitive. Her office space helped me relax and feel peaceful before the session even began and I was able to feel a sense of security and ease right away. Sabrina's approach to therapy helped me open up and express feelings I didn't realize were being held in my body. She is naturally gifted in her practice and can instinctually interpret what each client needs. So grateful I decided to book my session!

I set the intention to create an open and compassionate space for each person to feel safe in their expression.
I work with the understanding that we each have an inherent wisdom that guides us and that in divine timing our healing will unfold naturally.
In this space, there is no judgment about our current condition or state. No expectation to fix or perfect ourselves. We begin from a place of deep acceptance of how things are and end with a recognition that the answers are already within our present condition, to begin with.
